Fees and Rebates

Fees

The fee for a single session 50 minutes is currently  $250 (including GST). A reduced fee for longer term psychotherapy can be negotiated.  Fees are payable at the time of each consultation.

Private Health Funds and Rebated Sessions

Many private health funds now offer rebates for psychological services.  Please check with your health fund to see if you are able to claim for psychological services as this may be dependent on the type of health cover you have. Sometimes fees are subsidised by government agencies or your organisation. You will need to talk to the relevant people to arrange this.

Reports

Reports take time to prepare. Therefore the cost of a report varies, dependent on the time taken and these costs can be discussed with Ashley.

Online Sessions

Ashley is able to offer tele-therapy using a variety of apps and video conferencing platforms in order to ensure that you have access to psychological services when you are unable to attend in person.

Cancellation fee

If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice or a cancellation fee will apply. This policy is in place because the time has been kept specifically for you and should you cancel, it allows Ashley to offer the allocated time to another client who is on a waiting list for an appointment.
